The C52 is an intelligent system for cutting 20kg blocks of cheese into Fixed Weight Wedge/Slab portions with a very high degree of accuracy maximising the available yield for each individual block. The C52 system offers a complete solution from block to automatic feed of a flow wrapper, with options to improve accuracy from manually loaded pre-cut sticks.
