Band greasing was the original basis for Arcall spray technology and we remain market leaders in this area of expertise.

The release of a cookie from an oven band is essential not only for the manufacture and baking of the product, but also for its appearance and texture.

Our Oven Band Oilers apply the optimum amount of release agent consistently and without cross contamination.

Oven band oiling

Low fat and fat-free products, and trends towards snack or mini cakes, are market-led, causing bakeries to look at new production processes. This presents new challenges. Low fat doughs require band release assistance where none was needed before.

Bread tin greasing

The baker has one prime concern, "is my product released efficiently every time?". Systems to do this must apply the release agent accurately, reliably and consistently, without causing a mess. Arcall offer systems designed with these criteria in mind - either with spray guns or spinning discs.

Cakes tin greasing

Arcall's knowledge of releasing covers most cake release agents, dough types and production processes. And our development facilities allow us to tailor solutions to suit new ones.

Our spray gun systems use low pressure atomising air, giving an accurate and consistent coating, with the release agent kept within the pan.

Arcall's cake tin greasing equipment ranges from simple manually operated systems to high precision systems, such as the Arcall 800R, giving an even coating on both vertical and horizontal inside surfaces of round cake tins.
