Preparation - metering

Accurate metering of liquid ingredients in small quantities is achieved using a variety of techniques to ensure repeatability and a direct mass relationship of application to production flow, combined with our spray guns; we are able to consistently and accurately apply a liquid evenly onto a product bed, from upwards of half a litre to a thousand litres per hour.

Finishing - nutriceuticals

Vitamins, antioxidants and other expensive active process ingredients must be controlled to accurate levels of application whenever they are introduced into the product. We have a variety of technologies to achieve the consistency required.

Finishing - mould prevention

The application of an anti microbial agent to shredded cheese or baked products can extend shelf life by preventing the growth of mould; this can only be efficiently achieved by an even consistent application on all surfaces of the product. Closed loop control spray systems ensure that the control of the spray is maintained within the requirement and can be varied to follow the product throughput.
